The Student Wellness Hub provides听a range of health services听to support student's physical and mental health with a focus on听awareness, prevention, and early intervention.听Connect to help and get information through our Student Wellness Hub website, including information about extensive program and support offerings, and an off-campus Health and Wellness Resource Map.

On-campus support
- : Access Advisors are part of our Student Wellness Hub mental health team. They have schedules that open up every 72hrs for the next 72hrs.
- See a counsellor: To book with a counsellor, call 514-398-6017. Counsellors are mental health professionals who can help you reach your mental health and wellness goals, or help you connect with a resource in the community.
- If you are a student living in residence you can book with the Local Wellness Advisor for Residences. If you are an international student, you can book with the LWA for International Students. Additionally, there is a BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) LWA, should you be a BIPOC student, and a 2SLGBTQIA+ LWA for students who identify as 2SLGBTQIA+. If you are a graduate student, you can book with the Grad LWA.

Off-campus care
- Telehealth: Telehealth services offer听both real-time crisis support and on-going care from the same primary practitioner. The services include Keep.meSAFE. To access this service, download the MySSP app or call 1.844.451.9700
- Available 24/7, worldwide and free for all current students and recent graduates
- Counsellors are available in more than 60 languages, and the platform has five languages that are always available: English, French, Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- A large, diverse pool of counsellors means you can request someone who understands your unique community (including 2SLGBTQIA+, BIPOC, immigrant communities, international students, individuals with disabilities, veterans, and more)

Peer supporters are trained to listen to your concerns confidentially. Options include:
