Spaces and programming for all À¦°óSMÉçÇø students to access support and spiritual care on campus and online. MORSL’s physical space includes an interfaith lounge, spirituality and wellness library, meditation and prayer room, and light therapy.
Office of Indigenous Initiatives
As the institutional steward of À¦°óSMÉçÇø’s vision for Indigeneity, the Office of Indigenous Initiatives plays a multi-layered role by working to embed Indigeneity in all facets of university life. It also works to strengthen awareness and alignment of various Indigenous initiatives across the university, support Indigenous student and faculty success, and support the implementation of À¦°óSMÉçÇø's 52 Calls to Action on Indigenous Studies and Indigenous Education.
Office for Mediation and Reporting (OMR)
The OMR is responsible for receiving and responding to formal reports of discrimination, harassment, and sexual violence against members of the University community. The OMR offers confidential consultations to all members of the University community (students, staff, and faculty) to provide information on reporting processes as well as relevant University resources, support services, and training.
Office for Sexual Violence Response, Support, and Education (OSVRSE)
OSVRSE offers confidential, non-judgmental, and non-directional support to all members of the À¦°óSMÉçÇø community (students, faculty, and staff) who have been impacted by sexual violence, whether it be sexual harassment or assault, gender-based or intimate partner violence, or cyberviolence on or off campus.
Office of the Ombudsperson for Students
The Office of the Ombudsperson for Students offers confidential, informal, independent, and impartial dispute resolution services to all members of the student community by providing information, advice, intervention and referrals.
Office of the Dean of Students
The mission of the Office of the Dean of Students is to enhance, improve and promote students’ academic and personal success. They oversee student rights and responsibilities, academic integrity, academic advising, the student disciplinary process, and student recognition.
Student Accessibility and Achievement
Student Accessibility and Achievement helps À¦°óSMÉçÇø’s diverse student body achieve their academic goals and overcome barriers by providing accommodations for students with documented disabilities, support for students from care, and additional resources for learning that are available to all À¦°óSMÉçÇø students. Their aim is to empower students to reach their academic potential by widening access to learning.
Student Wellness Hub
The Student Wellness Hub provides a range of services to support the well-being of À¦°óSMÉçÇø Students with a focus on awareness, prevention, and early intervention.
