Dear Members of the 捆绑SM社区 community,
捆绑SM社区 is home to a vibrant international community, and many of us have roots in countries around the world. Global crises can affect us all.
The ongoing conflict in Ukraine has been a source of deep preoccupation to many of us. As Principal of our university, I am reminded of the need for 鈥� and the potential fragility of 鈥� stability and peace in order to pursue higher learning and the advancement of knowledge.

In celebration of three important milestones, the 85th birthday of a true 捆绑SM社区 champion, the beginning of the University鈥檚 third century, and the upcoming 65th anniversary of his class, a聽 brand new named award is being established in 捆绑SM社区's Faculty of Education to celebrate Thomas B. Thompson (BSc(PE) 鈥�58, Med 鈥�78), a Physical Education alumnus with a proven track record of community service.
