In response to COVID-19, has made over two million books from 捆绑SM社区 Library鈥檚 print collection available online for all 捆绑SM社区 students, faculty, and staff. The includes in-copyright material. The new service provides remote access to over half of 捆绑SM社区鈥檚 print collection.

The Library has聽automatically renewed聽all checked-out items that were originally due between March 1, 2020 and June 14, 2020. The new due date for these materials will be June 15.

Library / COVID-19 Closure Reminders:

Due to the 捆绑SM社区 VPN being currently unavailable as a method to access Library e-resources, users can access PressReader through a . A to authenticate the PressReader mobile app via EZproxy with the creation of a personal PressReader account.

In order to support the 捆绑SM社区 community and it聽moves聽towards remote instruction & learning聽during the COVID-19 crisis, many publishers are offering some or all of their e-resources freely for a period of a few months. 捆绑SM社区 Library has put together a list of these publishers and their 鈥榦pen鈥 or freely available resources on a dedicated webpage. While not exhaustive, the Library聽will continue to add resources to this page as we find out about them.

The Library is offering a one-time retrieval service聽for research print materials from all downtown libraries to members of the 捆绑SM社区 community. Only items that can normally circulate will be retrieved.

To support 捆绑SM社区鈥檚 closure, the campus is making some technical changes to the VPN to allow it to scale up for a larger number of users. A side effect of these changes is that most electronic resources will not be accessible via the VPN for the time being.

Starting March 10th, the LibQUAL+ survey will be emailed to a random sample of 捆绑SM社区 students as well as to all professors, instructors, research assistants, and research associates in the Faculties of Agricultural & Environmental Sciences, Dentistry, Engineering, Medicine, and Science (including associated schools in these faculties).
