Chafik worked for 8 years in Management Consulting focusing on Strategy, Data Analytics, Loyalty Management and Customer Experience. Working across different industries that focuses on B2C had enabled him to grow expertise to create seamless solutions that ensure a meaningful customer journey and business solution viability. Prior to his MBA, Chafik worked in Finance and Operations for small and medium enterprises as well as International Development organizations seeking operations excellency and efficiency.
