Group Experiential Sessions

Our group experiential sessions blend group counselling with expressive tools and activities.ÌýÌý

Group Experiential Sessions came to fruition from a critical observation of the pressing needs among health professional learners. The learners conveyed a feeling of isolation while navigating challenges in their academic and clinical environments. Providing these sessions offers learners with a secure and confidential space to reflect on their academic and clinical experiences, develop strategies to overcome challenges, enhance their confidence, and recognize that they are not alone in their journey. The sessions are skillfully designed and facilitated by Wellness Consultants from the WELL Office.ÌýÌý

Group Experiential Sessions are offered at the request of the learners or from faculty who feel that a specific group of learners would benefit from this type of session. Requests can be made by contacting the office directly atÌýthewelloffice [at] mcgill.ca.Ìý
