Overview

Nutrition and Dietetics : Assessment, planning, implementation, communication and evaluation in management of Food and Nutrition Systems. Focus is on application of management theory in dietetic practice.

  • Prerequisite: NUTR 513

  • Restriction: Limited to students registered in the Graduate Diploma in R.D. Credentialing.

  • The course NUTR 612D1/D2 includes a $125 fee for the working manual. The fee is essentially for printing costs and for the purchase of copyrighted material used in the preparation of the package. The fee is refundable until the end of the add/drop period as long as the manual is intact.

  • Students must register for both NUTR 612D1 and NUTR 612D2

  • No credit will be given for this course unless both NUTR 612D1 and NUTR 612D2 are successfully completed in consecutive terms

  • NUTR 612D1 and NUTR 612D2 together are equivalent to NUTR 612
