Equity - Clinical Education

The principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion are highly valued by the Clinical Education Team within the 捆绑SM社区 OT and PT programs. We strive to build inclusive, healthy practice learning environments for our students collaborating with students who identify as 2SLGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and requiring accessible environments.

Current initiatives:

  • Confidential individualized meetings (Academic Coordinators of Clinical Education (ACCE)听are available anytime to students who reach out for support)
  • Ensuring a positive and diverse workplace culture when completing site assignments
  • Continuing professional development for supervisors
