The Trottier Space Institute at À¦°óSMÉçÇø is an interdisciplinary center that brings together researchers engaged in astrophysics,Ìýplanetary science, atmospheric science, astrobiology and other space-related research at À¦°óSMÉçÇø.

Project Description & Project Scope:

The project consists in the construction of a new building linked by a footbridge to the existing À¦°óSMÉçÇø Space Institute, recently renamed Trottier Space Institute (TSI), located at 3550 University Street, which is part of the Site Patrimonial du Mont-Royal.

The original building was constructed in 1876 and its original vocation was private residential. The TSI expressed its need for additional space. The objective is to increase the occupant load from around 30 people to, ideally, approximatively 120 people.
