All subspecialty residency programs require for interested applicants to come for an elective or an听observership听as part of their application process before the application deadline. Please note that the GREI program highly recommends an听elective or observership be completed as part of a听candidate's application but it is not obligatory.听
In order to arrange an elective, please visit the Visiting Electives website听to apply. Those that are not eligible for an elective may be able to do an observership.听In order to arrange an observership, first confirm that you are eligible to apply then contact听cusm_muhc_direns_educdir [at] muhc.mcgill.ca听attaching a copy of your CV.
When applying for an observership, please take into account that observership requests听take 4-6 weeks to process and there is a non-refundable application fee. Please visit: Observership application at MUHC; Observership application at JGH for more information.
