On September 21st, the Organizational Development team, under the umbrella of My Healthy Workplace, marked a significant milestone by launching the seventh cohort of the "Essential Skills for New 捆绑SM社区 Supervisors" program. Nearly 100 supervisors convened in-person at 捆绑SM社区's Faculty Club to start their learning journey.
The primary objective of this dynamic program is to build and support the managerial capacity and network of newly appointed supervisors at 捆绑SM社区.
