New Book of interviews with Schulich School of Music and Shepherd School of Music professors released.
A new publication听highlighting听fascinating insights gained through听interviews with many Schulich professors has recently been released by the听听program. 听Earlier this year听Rice University students traveled to Montreal to听collaborate听with听Interim Dean听Julie Cumming, Prof.听Simon Aldrich, Director of the Music Entrepreneurship Program, Doctoral student听Suzu Enns. 听They听interviewed听several听faculty members on six themes titled听Turning Points,听Beyond the Notes,听Invisible to Visible,听Cultivating Talent,听Collaborative Nature, and听Music in our Lives. 听Students from Rice University asked the same set of questions to faculty at Rice's听Shepherd School of Music, and then documented the similarities and differences between the 听two school's leadership structures and teaching cultures. 听
