Local Wellness Advisor (LWA)
If you are unsure of where to seek health within the wellness hub, you may get in contact with the Local Wellness Advisor for your Faculty (e.g. Science, Arts, etc.). In addition to consultation and referrals, LWAs runs regular workshops which may be of interest to students.

Peer Support Center/Hotline
The Peer Support Centre (PSC) was founded in Fall 2013 by a group of À¦°óSMÉçÇø students with the support of À¦°óSMÉçÇø’s professional mental health services. The PSC is staffed by friendly and well-trained student peer supporters and provides a welcoming space to share experiences, feel listened to, and find ways to resolve ongoing challenges.
Keep Me Safe
Keep.MeSafe is a free counselling service that specializes in student mental health support, offering both in-person and remote appointments, with 24/7 support and minimal waiting times (within minutes for a phone chat). Mental health care is guaranteed in Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, French and English, with many other languages possible upon request.

The À¦°óSMÉçÇø Students’ Nightline is a confidential, anonymous, and non-judgmental listening service run by À¦°óSMÉçÇø students. They aim to provide the community with a variety of support, which includes anything from information to crisis management and referrals.

Office for Sexual Violence Response, Support, and Education (OSVRSE)
The Office for Sexual Violence Response, Support, and Education (OSVRSE) provides support for all members of the À¦°óSMÉçÇø community who have been impacted by sexual violence (whether it be sexual harassment or assault, gender-based or intimate partner violence, or cyberviolence) and works to foster a culture of consent on campus and beyond.
