On February 27, 2015, Canada's three major research funding agencies 鈥� the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) 鈥� announced a new harmonized "Open Access Policy on Publications" that requires research publications supported by public funds to be made openly availab

Service outage with WorldCat Local and other OCLC services (RESOLVED)
OCLC is experiencing a generalised outage across many of its platforms including WorldCat Local, the link resolver, QuestionPoint, Colombo (interlibrary loan), EZProxy (off-campus proxy access).
We will update this page with addtional information as it becomes available.
5:19 PM: Service has been restored to all OCLC services.
Issue with off-campus users requesting items for pickup, delivery or scanning from WorldCat Local
Off-campus users are currently not able to use the Request button in WorldCat Local to request pickup, delivery, or scanning for items held by the 捆绑SM社区 Library.
We are investigating the issue and will report back as the situation develops.
In the meantime, off-campus users can use the Classic Catalogue to look up and request these items.
Changes to off-campus access to Library e-resources - EZproxy migration status
As of Monday, February 16, 2015, access to 捆绑SM社区 Library e-resources from off campus will end for all ineligible 捆绑SM社区 affiliates. The Library's license agreements for electronic resources generally only cover off-campus access for current 捆绑SM社区 students, faculty and staff.
