Study Hubs, Pickup Service, HathiTrust ETAS, ROAAr Digitization on Demand Service reinstated January 10 - 23, 2022 inclusive
In response to new measures announced by À¦°óSMÉçÇø and the Government of Quebec to slow the spread of the Omicron variant, the Library is temporarily closing most physical spaces and all stack areas to the À¦°óSMÉçÇø community and reinstating four services: Study Hubs, HathiTrust Emergency Temporary Access Service (ETAS), a temporary Pickup Service, and the ROAAr Digitization on Demand Service.
From January 10-23, 2022 inclusive, À¦°óSMÉçÇø students, faculty, and staff members will have access to:
- Study Hubs at the Redpath Library Building and Nahum Gelber Law Library. A vaccine passport provided by the Quebec Government ORÌýFast-Pass Sticker AND and a current À¦°óSMÉçÇø ID card are required to accessÌýhub spaces. No reservation is required - access is on a first come, first served basis. Bookable group study rooms are not available during this period. Students can attend virtual classes in hub spaces however talking is not permitted.
- Over 2 million books from the Library's print collection (including in-copyright materials) available online via the HathiTrust ETAS. Access electronic items now in the .
- A temporary Pickup Service at five locations for print books and materials not available through the HathiTrustÌýETAS. Please note that print course reserve materials can be accessed at all pickup locations.
- A small-scale, on-demand digitization service of our rare and primary materials.

Please note that the Library’s article/chapter scan and Interlibrary Loan services continue to be available.
