We request your consent to forward your name and year of study at the Faculty of Law to the donor of your student scholarship or award.
Donors will often contact the Faculty to request the names of recipients of the scholarships they have established, but we require your consent first.
FAs a matter of courtesy to our donor community, the Dean invites you to write a brief thank-you note to the scholarship's donor, outlining its impact on your studies. This shows donors firsthand the benefit they provide to Law students, and encourages support for other students! You can email a scanned copy of your letter to julie.timmins [at] mcgill.ca (Julie Timmins), University Advancement Development Officer, Faculty of Law, or drop it off at the Dean's Office to her attention.
