Course Description
The aim of this course is to provide an updated, practical approach to diagnostic and therapeutic problems commonly encountered by otolaryngologists in their daily practice. Specific topics in the different otolaryngology subspecialties will be presented by experts in the field. Interactive panel/audience discussions around case presentations will follow. Designated moderators will lead the discussion and encourage registrant participation. The facilitators include a large faculty from a number of academic centers.
Sessions will be held in the early morning and late afternoon to allow for enjoyable recreational activities during the day. Participants will enjoy the hospitality offered by the host faculty and will enjoy the ambiance offered by the Mont Tremblant ski resort.

Course Objectives
Registrants will acquire an understanding of current diagnostic and management principles in general otolaryngology and in the following subspecialties:
- Endocin / Head and Neck Oncology
- Otology
- Rhinology
- Laryngology
- Pediatric Otolaryngology
- Facial Plastics / Reconstructive Surgery

Didactic presentations and/or panel discussions will be given on the following topics:
- Dental Aspects of Rhinology (from infection to sleep apnea)
- Esthetic Surgery of the Nose
- Systemic Manifestations of Laryngeal Disease
- Radio-Frequency Ablation and other Office-based Head & Neck Procedures
- Management of Benign Thyroid Pathologies
- Pediatric Otolaryngology
- Diseases of the External Ear Canal
- Preventative Health Care in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery (Infectious Diseases, etc.)
- Nutrition and Supplements, Cannabis, Smoking Cessation
- Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability in Otolaryngology
The sessions have been designed for interactive discussion.
