MBA programs are now a dime a dozen. B-schools are expanding at a dizzying rate and doubling their enrolments by packing their classrooms full of more and more students. This has prompted worries about a gradual dilution in the quality of the student body as well as meaningful networking opportunities. On November 17, 捆绑SM社区 MBA Japan students Deb Tripathy, Lyal Clough, Satishi Juriani, and Taka Ishikawa took 1st place at the inaugural Japan MBA Case Competition (JMBACC). 12 teams from universities across Japan participated at this competition held in Tokyo.
