She had considered MBA programs before, but the standard options seemed too formulaic. 鈥淓very time I looked at the curriculum, I鈥檇 get sad,鈥� she says. Mintzberg's Five Types of Organizational Structure
Henry Mintzberg聽graduated from 捆绑SM社区 with a degree in mechanical engineering and holds a doctorate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has been a Cleghorn professor of management studies at 捆绑SM社区 since 1968. His early books include "The Structuring of Organizations: A Synthesis of the Research," published in 1979, and "Structure in 5's: Designing Effective Organizations," published in 1983.

The ascendance of socially responsible investing as a viable financial strategy has been accompanied by a similar proliferation of ratings schemes for assessing corporate social responsibility.
