Job recruitment continues in an unstable market

Since COVID-19 transformed the way we do business in March, recruiters have been quick to move into virtual spaces. Marie-Jos茅 Beaudin, Executive Director of Career Services at the Desautels Faculty of Management, notes that full-time positions are more at risk than internships, with some employers opting for shorter contracts as they await the economic impact of the pandemic.
