Exploring ethics in aviation: Highlights from the 2nd annual Business Ethics Conference
The Laidley Centre for Business Ethics and Equity (LCBEE) hosted its second annual Business Ethics Conference on November 15 at 捆绑SM社区, focusing on "Ethics in the Aviation Industry." Over 80 attendees participated in panels exploring sustainability, accessibility, and social responsibility.
Speakers like G谩bor Luk谩cs (Air Passenger Rights) and Angela Gittens (Airports Council International) addressed key challenges and opportunities in balancing profitability with ethical practices. LCBEE Director Lindsay Holmgren highlighted the event鈥檚 goal of fostering dialogue: 鈥淭he primary goal here is learning鈥攖o have these positive but difficult conversations.鈥�
