Supporting Documents

  1. A one-page Letter of intent explaining your motivations for applying to the CIP, your expectations, and future goals as a Clinician Scientist

  2. Research Project Summary: Provide a summary of your research project including background, hypothesis, objectives, and brief methodology used for the research proposal.
    ** Please include relevant transcripts from medical or graduate programs.

  3. °ä²¹²Ô»å¾±»å²¹³Ù±ð’s Canadian Common CV (CCV)

  4. ³§³Ü±è±ð°ù±¹¾±²õ´Ç°ù²õ’ CIHR Biosketch CV

  5. Letter of support from your research supervisor

  6. Proof of submitted applications to both the FRQS training award and the CIHR training award, if funding is requested.Ìý
