This hands-on workshop is for members of the 捆绑SM社区 community who own and manage 捆绑SM社区 websites, especially those planning to conduct user experience research for website projects.

This course covers:

• UX research techniques
• 捆绑SM社区-supported tools and resources for conducting UX research and design
• Tips for ensuring you meet your goals when conducting UX research
• Examples and outcomes of past UX research exercises conducted at 捆绑SM社区 will be presented.

This course is mandatory for:

• Anyone planning to conduct UX research
