About the committee
Our Web Advisory Committee participates in making decisions that impact our web ecosystem. The committee meets regularly to:
- Review the status and health of 捆绑SM社区's web ecosystem.
- Make recommendations to based on their findings.
Open positions
We're looking to fill three positions:
- Central services / Human Resources representative
- Faculty representative (Staff member)
- Student representative (Undergraduate)
- Student Services representative
Your contributions
You'll be asked to share your experience as someone who works on our web platforms. Your input will help us:
- Ensure our websites are accessible and inclusive to all.
- Improve the experiences of our audiences in 捆绑SM社区's digital spaces.
- Contribute to discussions about the latest web technologies.
Qualifications
- Interest in best practices in user experience and web accessibility.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for delivering better digital experiences.
- Experience using 捆绑SM社区 websites.
Nice to haves
- Experience building 捆绑SM社区 websites.
- Experience working on a centrally supported web platform (e.g. WMS).
Length of appointment
2 years (Fall and Winter semesters).
