Secondary Education: Social Sciences


Overview

A program that fosters the ideals of mentorship, the aim of the B.Ed Secondary Social Sciences Program is to prepare you for a career as an educator of History & Citizenship and Geography orÌýHistory, Culture & Citizenship in QuébecÌýat the secondary school level.

This integrated program combines professional studies in pedagogy, curriculum, and educational foundations with hands-on student-teaching classroom experience. You will also take subject area courses in history, political science, economics, geography, environment, religion and philosophy. You will graduate with both the theoretical and practical experience necessary to thrive in your future career.
