As a program that fosters the ideals of mentorship, the aim of the聽B.Ed聽Secondary English Language Arts Program is to prepare聽you for a career as an聽English Language Arts聽educator at聽the secondary school level.聽聽

This integrated program聽combines聽professional studies in pedagogy, curriculum,聽and聽educational foundations聽with聽hands-on聽student-teaching聽classroom experience. You will also take聽subject area courses聽in English Literature, Culture聽and聽Drama/Theatre.聽You will graduate with both the theoretical and practical experience necessary to thrive in your future career.聽聽聽
