Join us in this one-hour workshop to explore time management strategies, prioritization, and self-care techniques. Find balance in your busy schedule so you can thrive academically and personally. This workshop will involve opportunities to create your to-do list, examine a case study for balance, and reflect on personal methods for focus.


How to create your semester schedule

Unsure where to start in organizing your busy schedule? Join us to craft an effective semester schedule in this practical workshop. Discover strategies for balancing classes, study time, and personal commitments. Gain insights into prioritizing tasks, utilizing academic resources, and optimizing your productivity. You will leave this workshop having started - or maybe even finished! - your semester schedule.
Bring your laptop or planner along to help you access your course materials while you plan. There will be markers and stickers if you want to customize your schedule.

How to create a study strategy that works for you

This workshop will involve opportunities to share personal experiences in pairs and with the larger group. There will also be an activity to individually practice a strategy for answering challenging multiple-choice questions within your selected discipline.


How to take any exam

How to create a finals study plan

Workshop title next to a person studyingWant support figuring out how to balance papers, exams, and your mental health during the exam period? Join us to make your finals study plan! Upper year undergraduate student facilitators and mentors will give you tips for how to create a study plan for finals, how to prepare for your exams and papers, and how to take care of yourself while doing it. You can use your preferred planner or app, or we will provide you will a fillable schedule.
