Tronc commun de gestion : Exploration of social processes that affect human behaviour and decision making, and tactics for building and managing an organization that help rather than hinder processes. Advantage and the link between organizational design and capabilities. Different organizational designs for optimizing different types of innovation, grapples with the coordination/motivation tradeoff, explores how organizations try to use culture to relax that tradeoff, distinguishes between formal and informal structures and power.
