Program Requirements
Ce certificat d'茅tudes sup茅rieures s'adresse aux professionnels de la sant茅 en exercice souhaitant d茅velopper leurs aptitudes en mati猫re de leadership pour poursuivre une carri猫re en gestion, ou aux gestionnaires et administrateurs souhaitant mettre 脿 niveau leurs connaissances du domaine des affaires et de la gestion pour postuler 脿 des fonctions offrant de plus grandes responsabilit茅s. On insiste sur les changements et les d茅fis actuels des syst猫mes de sant茅 au Canada, tels que les nouveaux mod猫les de financement, l'茅volution des structures organisationnelles, les d茅fis que doivent relever les ressources humaines, la durabilit茅 financi猫re et une plus grande demande d'int茅gration.
