Overview

Sociology (Arts) : An examination of current research on the structure of the labour market and its relationship to the social organization of industrial conflict. Emphasis on segmented labour market approaches and strike characteristics and behaviors. Theoretic literature, case studies, and large-scale qualitative empirical analyses examined. Canadian materials in comparative perspective.
