ThisÌý90-minute workshop consisting of two sessions will introduce students to a variety of cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to help manage anxiety and mood, including strategies for relaxation, managing stress, and achieving more balanced thinking.

Please plan on attending both sessions on Tuesday, January 14 & 21, 2025.
