The first cohort of the Strengths-Based Nursing and Healthcare Leadership Program (SBNH-L) is complete! As a component of the program, participants were invited to develop a capstone change project, as an opportunity to consolidate and integrate their learnings into their work environments.
These optional SBNH-L capstone change projects advance SBNH or SBNH-L within the clinical setting, to the benefit of the patients, teams, units, and organizations. Program participants presented their capstone change projects to their peers, faculty, and mentors at the final celebration marking the end of the first cohort.
