My primary research interest lies in the intersection of longitudinal data methods and causal inference, with particular focus on dynamic (or adaptive) treatment regimes. Projects in biostatistics include estimation and inference for dynamic treatment regimes and bias reduction in the face of “imperfect†data (e.g. missingness, measurement error). Dynamic regimes are applicable to a wide range of chronic conditions; my main areas of application are HIV, graft-versus-host disease, and depression.
