Upgrade cold rooms at Bellini and Cancer Research to eliminate health risks and ensure uninterrupted operations. Resolve mold growth, high humidity, and unstable temperatures, etc. for optimal conditions.
Project Scope:
The cold rooms at Bellini and Cancer Research have been facing persistent operating issues, including high humidity levels, unstable temperatures, and mold accumulation, which have persisted over an extended period.
The current conditions not only pose health risks to users due to mold growth but also compromise the continuity of operations, as users are unable to utilize the cold rooms or use them less frequently. These rooms are 156C, 157C, 256C, 257C, 356C, 357C, 456E and 457C at the Bellini Sector and 411F, 503C, 511F, 603G et 611F at the Cancer Sector.
The primary goal of this project is to upgrade the existing cold rooms at the Life Sciences Complex to eliminate health risks and align with the occupants' daily operational needs, ensuring optimal conditions for the storage of sensitive materials and scientific research.
