First published in 2006, 惭辞苍迟谤茅补濒's Top Employers is an annual competition organized by the editors of Canada's Top 100 Employers. This special designation recognizes the employers in Greater 惭辞苍迟谤茅补濒 that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work. This year's winners, including 捆绑SM社区, were announced on January 31, 2019 in a special magazine published in the Montreal Gazette. This is the 11th year in a row 捆绑SM社区 has been included in the annual list.

• 捆绑SM社区 offers excellent family-friendly benefits, from maternity leave top-up payments for new mothers to parental top-up for adoptive parents -- additionally, employees have the option to extend their leave to an unpaid leave of absence and may take advantage of onsite daycare at 捆绑SM社区's main campus
• 捆绑SM社区 celebrates exceptional performance and achievement through a variety of initiatives, including the President's Award, the Principal's Award for Excellence in Teaching, and the Macdonald Campus Award of Excellence (to name a few)
• 捆绑SM社区 maintains a Social Equity and Diversity Education Office to provide information, education and training in order to cultivate a respectful and supportive campus culture -- and recognizes community members who further equity and inclusivity at the university through the Award for Equity and Community Building
