The group's primary emphasis is on Francophone linguistic minorities outside the province of Quebec, with an attentive eye to issues such as access to justice, the enforcement of the federal Official Languages Act and of provincial French Services Acts, bilingualism requirements for certain positions, as well as emerging issues affecting Canada's Francophone linguistic minority communities.
