Navigating Your Well-Being for the Coming Months

Everyone has their own story of how they have experienced the past 18 challenging months. It has brought us through a roller-coaster of emotions and stressors. We know that this journey of the pandemic is not yet over, and it will continue to reshape our lives. As we head into the holidays, changing seasons, and continued unknowns, we offer some tools to help you navigate moving forward. Visit this 2021 Resource Guide curated by the Health and Well-Being Program for a compilation of resources around health and well-being. Please read, click though and听bookmark听the following resources to help manage any aspect of your life that is challenged. Don't forget to share these resources as sharing them with someone at the right time is a gift itself.

Mental Health

There are many indicators that affect your mental state, and actions that can be taken to help with your well-being. Check-in with yourself and ask- how am I doing and what do I need right now?

  • For stress relief, take deep breaths, meditate, or do an activity you enjoy. Save this document for times when you need strategies to reduce anxiety.

Financial stress can impact our overall well-being. It is important to remain proactive by assessing your financial situation, and creating goals to ensure financial wellness using the following resources:

Nutritional Wellness

Eating well contributes to our overall health and can help lower the risk of chronic health conditions. Here are some resources to help equip you with daily healthy eating tools and strategies as well as eating throughout the holidays.

Social Connection

Our social well-being consists of a sense of belonging to a community and is an important part of our overall well-being. However, our social belonging and connections have shifted over the pandemic and we may need tools to support this aspect of our lives.
