Eight distinguished faculty members named to 2024-2025 Faculty Honour List for Educational Excellence

This year’s honourees have been recognized for their significant contributions to education in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences and will be celebrated at the Faculty Honour List Symposium in June

Congratulations to the eight inspiring faculty members who have been named to the 2024-2025 Faculty Honour List for Educational Excellence!

Created and promoted by the Faculty Development Office, the Faculty Honour List for Educational Excellence recognizes outstanding contributions to education in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences in the areas of teaching; educational leadership and innovation; faculty development; and education research and scholarship.

The honourees will be celebrated at the annual Faculty Honour List Symposium, which will take place in the Martin Amphitheatre in the McIntyre Medical Building on June 6, 2024. All members of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences community can register to attend using .

Michelle Elizov, MD, MHPE, Associate Dean, Faculty Development, said: “This year’s honourees were nominated by their colleagues and learners for their broad and incredible impact on education in their schools, departments and units.”

“Their steadfast commitment to teaching, learning, educational scholarship and achieving the highest levels of educational excellence is truly inspiring, and we are excited to recognize them at our symposium in June.”
