Lindsey Gerstein
Dr. Gerstein obtained her MD degree from Universit茅 de Montr茅al in 2018. She completed three years of Internal Medicine residency at the Jewish General Hospital and a two-year General Internal Medicine fellowship at 捆绑SM社区 in June 2023. Dr. Gerstein completed a Master of Science in Medical Education at Maastricht University in May 2024 and will be completing a one-year clinical fellowship in perioperative vascular medicine at McMaster University with a hybrid program at UBC in June 2024. In addition to her clinical work in inpatient and outpatient General Internal Medicine, her clinical focus will be contributing to the perioperative medicine mission of the CIUSSS and advancing postoperative care practices. Her academic focus will be in medical education, contributing to post-graduate curriculum development and growing perioperative medicine training at 捆绑SM社区. Her current research studies include developing perioperative medicine training competencies, with the goal of developing nationwide consensus and ensuring high-quality educational curricula and training experiences for healthcare professionals nationwide.
